The cast of “Tale of the nine-tailed” shared their final thoughts on the drama that ended on December 3rd.
The tvN program is a fantasy action romantic drama with the leading role Lee Dong Wook than the male gumiho (a mythical nine-tailed fox) Lee Yeon, Jo Bo Ah as producer Nam Ji Ah, Kim Bum as Lee Yeon’s brother Lee Rang and Lee Tae Ri than the beast Imoogi.
On December 4, Lee Dong Wook posted photos of himself on Instagram holding a cake in front of a van that was decorated to celebrate his hard work on the drama.
I thank the director and writer who believed in me and trusted me. I always felt reassured on set because you always listen to me no matter what I suggest.
I also thank the actors I worked with on this project. I always tried to take the lead on the set and I thank Jo Bo Ah again for always comforting me, holding out and waiting. It has been an honor to trade with you.
Many thanks to our staff for working hard during the very long seven months without being exhausted, and I love you.
Our employees are the people who made the “Tale of the Nine-Tailed” perfect from start to finish. Thank you.
Finally, I would like to thank our viewers, who understood and loved “Tale of the Nine-Tailed” and each of our characters even more than we did. To be honest, I can’t just say “thank you” to all of my feelings. I am sorry and I am sad that this is all I can say. I am just so sincerely grateful.
I tried to show you a living and breathing “Lee Yeon”. Even if parts are missing, I hope you understand and will remember him for a long time.

It was a precious drama that was imbued with the passion and love of all the cast and crew, including the director and writer.
I felt honored and happy to be part of the “Tale of the Nine-Tailed” team.
Many thanks to everyone who believed in me and supported me, even if I miss it a lot. I will definitely repay you for the love you gave and I will become an actress who is both cooler and capable.
Although the days are now always difficult and exhausting, let’s gather a little more strength and get through this !!

In an official statement, Jo Bo Ah also described how she had genuinely done her best and focused on every single scene during her long filming time. She said her affection for the project was therefore much greater and it still didn’t feel real that it was over.
“It was a wonderful project that was very meaningful and unforgettable for me,” she said. “It is a precious gift to get to know great people like my colleagues, directors, writers and all the staff. I will be returning with another project and until then please love Nam Ji Ah from ‘Tale of the Nine-Tailed’. ”
Kim Bum said in an official statement: “We have finished seven months of shooting and we are finally saying goodbye.” He continued, “Since I first saw Lee Rang, he looked very lonely to me and there were many parts of him that made me take care of him. Since so many other people loved him too, I was able to send him warmly. ”
The actor continued, “I hope you stay safe when the weather gets colder. Thanks to all of the viewers who loved ‘Tale of the Nine-Tailed’. ”
Kim Bum also posted some photos from the set on Instagram and shared his love and thanks. “I wish everyone that you are lucky enough to be gumiho, “I added.
Lee Tae Ri posted his own festival photos on Instagram. He wrote: “I was so happy to meet the charming character Imoogi and to introduce him to all of you. I was grateful to be able to work on a great drama. Thanks to the support of all of you, I was able to maintain my strength until the end and wrap it up well! Thank you sincerely and I will return with a great project and an improved actor! ”
In a statement, he also said, “I speak my deeply to the director, writer, cast and crew who worked with me on Tale of the Nine-Tailed, and to all of the viewers who sent their heartfelt love Admiration and gratitude. “” He continued, “It feels like a few days ago when I started to be nervous the first time I played a bad guy, and it feels very sad and bittersweet that it is already ending.”
“I felt partially pressured to take on this challenge, but thanks to your interest and support, I was able to worry a little less,” he said. “As an actor, I wanted to show Lee Tae Ri a new side of myself. I will always show new sides of myself, so look forward to it and support me. Thanks for all your love ”
