Hello.
This is TOP Media.

On November 30th, after Bitto tested positive for COVID-19 by UP10TION, everyone with contact options, including all UP10TION members and company employees and employees, was tested for COVID-19. The artists in our agency who did not cross each other [with Bitto] or were not in direct contact were also tested in the case of secondary contact.

On the morning of December 1, the test results showed that UP10TION members tested Kogyeol positive and Kuhn, Gyujin, Hwanhee, Sunyoul and Xiao tested negative.
Although they tested negative, the UP10TION members and their manager will quarantine themselves for two weeks as they have been in close contact.

In addition, UP10TION’s stylists, hair and makeup artists all tested negative, and the agency’s staff, staff and other artists besides UP10TION all tested negative.
However, there are two employees whose test results are not yet available. If we find any issues with the results, we will take follow-up action and start additional contact tracing.

Since Kogyeol has tested positive by UP10TION, Kogyeol will follow instructions from health authorities. The agency will re-examine members’ paths and look for other employees at potential risk of infection.

We will strictly adhere to government-instructed preventive follow-up and do our best to maintain hygiene to prevent COVID-19 and manage our artists.

We apologize for the concern.

We wish Bitto and Kogyeol a speedy recovery.
