VICTON members and Play M Entertainment staff test negative for COVID-19

Play M Entertainment confirmed that VICTON has tested negative for COVID-19.

On November 22nd, the agency was informed that an external employee who had participated in an advertising activity with VICTON on November 20th had tested positive for COVID-19.

The following day, all seven members of VICTON and five employees of Play M Entertainment were tested for COVID-19 and received negative test results on November 24th.

Play M Entertainment’s full statement can be found below:

Hello. This is Play M Entertainment.

Regarding the planned VICTON event, which took place on November 20th, we received the message towards the evening of November 22nd that an external employee who had participated in the filming for 1theK had tested positive for COVID-19.

All seven participating members and five participating employees of Play M Entertainment were tested on November 23rd, and all received negative test results today, November 24th.

At the time of November 20, the work was being carried out in compliance with level 1.5 social distancing safety regulations.

Until the epidemiological test results of the confirmed patient with whom they have crossed are published, members and staff are in self-quarantine in the event of possible danger.

We will continue to provide information about the condition of our artists and employees and their planned activities in the future.

We apologize for causing concern for many people.
